Our Story
“A dime can create a smile, and a smile can make a huge difference.” – Mark 12:41–44
In Mark 12:41–44, Jesus watched as people gave their offerings. While many gave out of abundance, a poor widow gave two small coins everything she had. Though her gift seemed small, Jesus declared it greater than the rest, because it carried sacrifice, faith, and love.
This truth is the heart of One Dime One Smile Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We believe that even the smallest act of kindness can create ripples of lasting change. What began as a simple passion to support the less privileged has grown into a movement of compassion, dignity, and hope.
Since 2019, our mission has been to transform lives one dime and one smile at a time. Through food assistance, basic healthcare, education, and youth empowerment, we are committed to restoring hope and meeting real needs.
Every effort counts. Just as a single dime can multiply and one smile can brighten a life, together we can make a difference. Each program, partnership, and outreach reflects our heart to restore dignity, ignite hope, and build stronger communities.
A lot of people all over the world need a helping hand. Many don’t know how to or who to reach out for help. This foundation was set up to reach out to those in need, many of which are not asking for a lot.
Every dime you share goes a long way in putting smiles on the faces of these children and adults, likewise.
